CamdenCAN and the Camden Public Library, as part of its continuing Camden Talks Climate series, present “How to Instigate Action on Climate Change,” with Dr. Kerry Emanuel, Professor Emeritus of Atmospheric Science at MIT. This program took place on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at the Camden Public Library.

CamdenCAN and the town of Camden host a community presentation and discussion on October 15 about Camden Harbor flood vulnerabilities, sea-level rise, storm surge risks, and the town’s community-based harbor resilience planning initiative.

The Camden Public Library hosted a Camden Talks Climate program on June 13, 2024, featuring climate journalist Annie Ropeik and energy auditor Colin McCullough, who discussed weatherization, electrification, and practical resources for improving the efficiency of older Maine homes.
